As we step into the warmer months of summer, many of us find ourselves outdoors more often—enjoying overdue vacations, walking or biking through our neighborhoods, or simply spending quality time in our own backyards with friends and family. Summer is, undeniably, the season for fun!

But as you soak up the sunshine and all that Mother Nature has to offer, I encourage you to pause and reflect. Consider the current path our environment is on. Is it heading in a direction you feel comfortable traveling, especially with your loved ones by your side?

If your answer is yes, then this message may not resonate with you—and that’s perfectly okay.

Respectful disagreement is a healthy part of any dialogue. However, if you feel a shift is needed, know this: you can help change the course. It starts with conscious, compassionate action. Not just because it’s the right thing to do, but because it’s necessary—for us, and for future generations.

Plant trees help make our air cleaner, rivers healthier, homes cooler, and animals and birds happier.

Create pollinator friendly gardens to beautify your landscape and help with worldwide food security for humans and nature alike!

Manage your entire landscape, gently. Lessen your dependence on unnecessary maintenance and supplemental applications of water and pesticides without sacrificing the beauty of your home.

Remember, every day is Earth Day and at the end of the day, our safety, health, and happiness are deeply connected to the well-being of ‘Mother Earth’. When she thrives, we thrive. When she struggles, we struggle. We’re here to support you—and her—every step of the way.

Every step counts, no matter how small and together, we can make a difference. This summer let’s celebrate not just the season, but the possibility of a cleaner, greener, more hopeful future for not only our children but for their children as well.

If you found this message meaningful, please pass along to friends and family! Wishing you all the best summer season ever with lots of fun, great memories, and a happy earth!
